How the game works
Pieces enter from any of the four sides, slide along a row or column, and dock in the first free cell. There is no gravity: when a piece leaves, the hole stays. Three consecutive pieces clear when each attribute — colour, number, shape and, at Deep, the arrow — is either all-same or all-different.
The See what clears screen inside the game is an editable lab: change any piece and it tells you live whether the line clears and why. It is the fastest way to learn the rule.
Common questions
- My board is stuck. A completely full board is not stuck while you still have undock charges — a piece on the border can always be pulled back. Tap it.
- I bought Pro and it is not showing. Settings → Restore purchase. The entitlement lives with Apple or Google, not with the app, so it comes back on any device signed in to the same account.
- Clearing data lost my purchase. It did not. Clear data wipes settings, records and limits only. Use Restore.
- The daily is the same for everyone? Yes — one seed a day worldwide, rolling over at midnight UTC, played on the same board at the same length whatever tier you are in.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play’s order history. We cannot issue them on their behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway — that is how it gets fixed.
